Main causes of Ulcer are;

- (H. pylori): A bacterial infection. 

-long-term use of aspirin & nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) .

It is only that Spicy food, alcohol, stress, smoking e.t.c can only make an Ulcer worse & difficult to heal.
